So I just found out the other day through an email that a friend of mine from Africa committed suicide this past Saturday. I couldn’t believe it when I read it. He had everything going for him but supposedly he killed himself because of something that happened with his girlfriend which is ridiculous. I almost feel pissed about it. I can’t believe that he would do such a thing But at the same time I feel like there might be another reason why he died. For some reason I have this feeling that he didn’t kill himself. It’s just not like him AT ALL to do something like this. I feel like there might be another factor to be presented here. I don’t know all the details so I can’t say much.

My friend Chris left today to go back to Chicago…….I’m going to miss him. Sorry to all of you who have been subjected to melancholy attitude lately . I’ve had lot on my mind.

I gave my 2 week notice at work too! I leave the 16th to NY

Ok …so here I am sitting on my floor writing this entry. I’m selling my desk along with numerous other possessions at our garage sale tomorrow. Literally the only thing left in my room for the next month is my bed, boxes, clothes and 2 lame ass computers….. well that is until my new sleek small one comes in. My legs are starting to hurt sitting like this. My anklebones are digging into the wood floor when sitting cross-legged. I can not get comfortable.

So Tuesday night I went to Denver with Katie to do a photo shoot of her creations and some of mine. It was a lot of fun using the studio. The Father Dowling Mysteries was taped there. Is that how his last name is spelled? Anyway it was a good time.

(a week later. I’m on top of things I know)
We had a garage sale this past weekend. I sold a lot. We made about $400. Not bad I must say! I also received my new computer. It’s so nice! I love it!! I transferred all my stuff and I am now ready to go. I can sit anywhere in my house and send emails. It’s so nice. I think I’ll keep in better touch with friends now. Let’s hope.

Tomorrow is my scary day. I am putting in my notice at work that I will no longer be working there. I’m kinda nervous but at the same time not. I think I just feel bad because my leaving is at a very bad time. They are starting new construction, I leave around back to school time, which is the busiest time ever, and another coworker is going to be on vacation at that time. So it will be hell to hire a new person at the time and et them trained. But Oh well I have planned this way in advance before I knew any of this was going to happen.

Lets see here……..Last week I went to the Greeley Independence Stampede with my Sister, Barbara, H, Steve, Tim and Lacey. I was Fun but not as much fun as I remembered it being. We went to the Rodeo and then to Carneyville. We got some bumper car action in, and I took some pictures with my new Spartus which I haven’t gotten developed yet. Soon soon.

I then took 5 days off from work. Friday I just hung out around the house getting more stuff in order for out HUGE garage sale. It’s going to be nuts. Saturday I went hiking with the mom and the dad in Rocky Mt. Natl. Park. It was a lot of fun but having to beat off the 4th of July travelers was not. Blah.

Sunday I drove home so I could order my NEW COMPUTER! Yes folks I will soon have a new HP notebook, which will allow me to listen to MUSIC, or just SOUND in general and be able to use my PRINTER and SCANNER! Without having to use 2 computers that equal one. I’m not sure if an Hp is really what I wanted but I did get a GREAT deal since my dad works there. Woo! My mother made me go through all my stuff that I had at home so I could sell some of it at the garage sale. Let’s just say I pitched a lot of it. I found books that I wrote in Kindergarten, work from Jr. High and High School, Old school newspapers, a huge biology project from high school that took forever to finish, hideous necklaces that I made out of Fimo in the early 90’s. School pictures from my middle school friends, yearbooks, old coke bottles that for some reason I decided to keep. Basically a bunch of junk.

Monday hung out caught about 4 min of the fireworks and drove home.

Yesterday well…..I did more garage sale stuff.

So my house is about to be bought. And a inspector is coming to check things out. Here is one thing that I hate. We can’t open out windows and doors for a week so they can test for radon. ARE THESE PEOPLE CRAZY. It’s July and

HOT

outside and we can’t open a window. Sorry people it’s not gonna happen.
